My jewelry is made with only quality elements. Each element has its own properties making the care a bit tricky. Below are my recommended guidelines.

Storage
Most of the jewelry is made with .925 sterling silver or balinese sterling silver. These design are best maintained by storing in a sealed container, the plastic bag it came in works great! I strongly recommend the .925 sterling silver pieces by stored in a sealed container.

Polishing
A good silver polishing cloth is best. These can be purchased at most jewelry stores. Polishing prior to each use is ideal, but not always possible. Jewelry will not require a high amount of maintenance, if recommended polishing and storage is adhered to.

Washing
An excellent way to sparkle up that poor neglected jewelry, is by using the washing machine. Some elements are delicate and should have special care taken. Please use your best judgement. Most finely faceted stones are very delicate and would probably be best with polishing only. I admit that I have almost washed every piece I own and have only had one problem, that was with an apatite earring.

To wash jewelry, place each piece separately, in a closed sock or fabric bag. It’s best to wash with towels or fluffier items. Wash on the gentle cycle using warm water. NEVER DRY JEWELRY!! Some earrings may need to be reshaped slightly.

You may be surprised at the outcome. I know I was. The results are surely noticeable.
