Each one of my handmade beaded designs is made only with the finest genuine gemstones, authentic Swarovski Crystal, .925 sterling silver, .925 sterling silver from Bali and a few additional elements.
Guarantee
My jewelry comes with a life time guarantee on workmanship,
which includes free repair services for the lifetime of each piece. I
will work with you in the case of "accidents". For example:
you lose an earring and you would like to have a pair again or you stepped
on your bracelet and broke some beads and you would like the broken beads
replaced. If the piece(s) can be repaired, time and materials will be
charged accordingly. Please contact customerservice@handmadebykristin.com.
If you are not delighted with your purchase for any reason, just contact me at customerservice@handmadebykristin.com. Please retain your receipt. Return instructions will be given at that time. A credit, refund or exchange will gladly be issued, minus shipping and handling. *Broken, scratched or damaged jewelry will not be accepted.
Availability
*Important note: All designs are subject to availability.
Some gemstones are not readily available, therefore making these pieces
one-of-a-kind. Also, I only have a limited amount of vintage buttons.
I will eventually run out. Forcing me to find a new button design. This
is another good example of why each jewelry piece is unique and special.
Please note: clasps and buttons may be substituted without notice.
Both will be matched as shown when available.
If, for any reason, your order can not be completed as specified, you will be notified. Possible replacements may be explored. If needed the full purchase price including shipping and handling will be refunded. I apologize in advance, but all is not in my control. I am at the mercy of my suppliers. For that very reason some designs may be discontinued without notice. Of course I will do my best at keeping you informed and this website up to date.
Shipping and Handling
There will be additional costs for shipping and handling within the contiguous
United States. Please e-mail customerservice@handmadebykristin.com
if needed, to ship to other destinations. I will get
back to you with a cost.
Items over $50.00 will be insured for their value. All items will be shipped USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of your jewelry. I will get it to you in a timely manner. Your new designs may come to you as soon as 1 week.
